We have flatrate shipment cost to all european countries.
Current rate for 1 unit is: 10 EUR
Current rate for each extra unit is: 2.5 EUR
Orders are shipped out within 3-4 days after order, delivery time is 2-5 business days depending on country. Shipment tracking information is available after purchase. We ship using PNL
Warranty
We offer 2 years warranty on TinyAmp products. This is both if you use a dealer or our webshop for purchase. Warranty does not cover wrong or improper use - correct use is stated in product manual. Please be read the product manual carefully before use and contact us if you are unsecure about any aspect. Please contact us if you have a issue with the product and need to return it.
Refunding/Returning
All customers has 2 weeks of full refund when buying from our direct factory webshop
- this means you can return the product if it does not meet your expectations or fit your needs.
All returns must be in original packaging and all accessories must be included.
Refund includes unit price only, not shipment cost.
